We are a member of the German Hotel and Restaurant Association "Deutscher Hotel- und Gaststättenverband (DEHOGA)". Therefore, we offer a payment at least according to the collective agreement. Professional experience and personal suitability make payment above the collective wage agreement possible.
HOLIDAY AND CHRISTMAS PAY
All employees receive both holiday and Christmas bonuses from the second year of employment. This is included in the collective agreement. Apprentices already receive these special benefits in their first year of apprenticeship. For temporary workers, the amount is included in the hourly wage.
Goals are important, and this applies to personal and interdepartmental development as well as to continuous improvements within the company. Successfully implemented projects are included in the annual evaluation. Every permanent employee receives a bonus at the end of the year.
We work with the ZEUS time recording system, all data is reliably and accurately recorded on the individual hourly account. This provides absolute transparency about hours worked, overtime and remaining holiday.

INVITATION TO AN INTERVIEW
We will invite you to an interview at our hotel. This gives us the opportunity to get to know each other personally and to discuss your and our expectations together. We will be happy to show you our hotel and its special features and introduce you to some of our staff.
On this day at the hotel, you will have the opportunity to contribute your skills and get an impression of how we work. Transparency and honest feedback are very important to us. Therefore, we have a short conversation at the end of the trial day to describe each other's impressions and share our first experiences.
We discuss the impressions gained during the trial day internally with the responsible heads of department and make a joint decision as to whether and how a joint career path might look like.
We have decided in your favour - then you will receive a positive feedback from us. At the same time, we will send you an offer via e-mail. This will contain details of the position and salary, information on working hours, further procedure and other contractual data.
DRAWING UP THE CONTRACT
We have decided to work together - now we will draw up your employment contract. You are welcome to come along and sign it in person. This gives you the opportunity to clarify any remaining questions and agree on details directly. If you wish, we can also send you the contract via post or e-mail.
FIRST WORKING DAY
Finally, it starts: One week before your start at the Parkhotel Heilbronn, you will receive an e-mail with all the important information about your first working day. This will also include the induction plan for the first few days or weeks, which has been put together individually for you.
