This is Germany's largest science centre, where science and technology can be experienced with all the senses. Speaking of the Neckar, it is only 500 metres from the Parkhotel to the river. Whether canoeing, Neckar strolling or pedal boating: Heilbronn's lifeline pulsates. The facilities of the Federal Horticultural Show of 2019 attract many visitors and residents to the renaturalised banks of the Neckar and to the city lakes. The Neckar promenades invite you to stroll, the paths along the canal are popular with inline skaters and cyclists. Heilbronn is a city that invites you on a discovery tour - just like the surrounding area: popular excursion destinations include the Wartberg with its observation tower, light sculpture and open-air museum, southern Germany's first cabaret theatre ship and the Trappenseeschlösschen.
