Note Regarding Reductions in the Number of Guests and Cancellations:

If the number of guests in your booking decreases by December 14, please notify us by email at fruehstueck@parkhotel-heilbronn.de.

Please be sure to include the ticket ID in your message so that we can clearly identify your reservation and process the refund for the corresponding ticket amount.

Please note that a cancellation fee of 20 euros per person will be charged for cancellations made on or after December 15 or for reductions in the number of attendees of two or more people. This policy applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
