VOCATIONAL SCHOOL

Theoretical training takes place in block sessions at our partner schools. Depending on your year of training, you’ll attend the Peter-Bruckmann-Schule in Heilbronn (1st year of training) or the Paul Kerschensteiner Schule (2nd/3rd year of training), the Center of Excellence for the Hotel and Restaurant Industry in Baden-Württemberg.
