During our Asparagus Week at the “Brauart” Brewery, everything revolves around fresh, regional asparagus creations. On our seasonal menu, we present selected dishes prepared with great attention to detail and high-quality ingredients.
In addition, we invite you to get hands-on: In our cooking classes, you’ll discover the art of asparagus preparation firsthand. Together with our kitchen team, you’ll create a sophisticated four-course meal and gain exclusive insights into the professional kitchen including valuable tips and tricks.
